JoAnn McDowell Early Learning Center

The JoAnn McDowell Early Learning Center at John Hope Settlement House provides developmentally supportive and nurturing educational care for all pre-school children ages 18 months to 5 years old. 


We value our children because they are the key to the success of our center. Our staff and faculty look forward to the opportunity to impact the lives of children and enjoy building relationships with their families within a supportive environment.
